Positive thinking is a mental attitude that admits into the mind thoughts, words and images that are conductive to growth, expansion and success. It is a mental attitude that expects good and favorable results. A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action. Whatever the mind expects, it finds.
 

Dynamic doctors' directory display

This month ADK hospital will introduce a new look doctors’ directory board. This is an electronic dynamic display which will show the following information.
 

Clinical meetings

It is the interest of the hospital to provide the best care to the clients that we serve. Hence it is required that we not only treat patients, but also continuously learn from what we do. We thus have decided to introduce clinical meetings when professionals can share knowledge of how they have managed difficult cases, discuss major morbidity cases and also assess all mortality that occurs in the hospital.
 

Scholarships

This year ADK Hospital is offering scholarship opportunities to locals in the areas of nursing, physiotherapy and medical imaging.
 

FOCUS

Did you know that we tend blame each other for things that happen in the hospital? Knowingly or unknowingly this seems to be a phenomenon in many institutions. Where do we go by blaming each other? NOWHERE!

    May 12, 2024 - Nurses day events every year is held to honor the dedication and hard work of nurses around the world. We, at ADK hospital, began the celebration of nurses’ week with a healthy home-made breakfast on 6th May 2024. Invitees from all the departments of the hospital took part in this event. The essence of the event was to uplift the spirit of inclusivity, appreciate nurses and their contributions while fostering a sense of community and well being within the nursing profession.
