Staff donate to blood bank

Today ADK Hospital staff donated blood to the Hospital's blood bank. The Hospital has a blood banking facility that gives the patients added assurance when they seek services.
 

Help us to serve you better

The hospital initiated a patient feedback survey named "help us to serve you better" this October. The aim of this survey is to get feedback from outpatients who come for consultation. This survey is being conducted as part of the quality drive of the Hospital. The results of this survey will be uses to assess the experience of the patients and also use it in future service improvement and training.
 

Births - a basic comparison

Births are a common occurrence at the hospital. In fact in the Maldives, the most births occur either at IGMH or at ADK Hospitals. During the first six months of this year, a total of 2119 births, of which 855 (40%) occurred at ADK Hospital and 1264 (60%) occurred at IGMH.
 

Employee Grievance Policy

In almost every organisation, employees experience grievances during their employment. These grievances come in all sorts of forms. As organisations evolve and become bigger, such issue become more common and mechanisms are needed to address these issues.
 

New ICU beds - Total care

ADK Hospital’s continuous efforts to improve patient care and comfort make another improvement worth mentioning. The new, sophisticated beds installed at the ICU bring care to a new level. One of the world’s renowned hospital bed makers, Hill-Rom, USA designed these beds to provide therapy for critically ill patients’ needs.

We, at ADK hospital, began the celebration of nurses’ week with a healthy home-made breakfast on 6th May 2024. Invitees from all the departments of the hospital took part in this event. The essence of the event was to uplift the spirit of inclusivity, appreciate nurses and their contributions while fostering a sense of community and well being within the nursing profession.
