Postgraduate medical scholarships 2017

The Hospital is pleased to announce the winners of the postgraduate medical scholarships for the year 2017. The postgrduate medical scholarship scheme of the hospital was introduced in 2016 for a period of five years. The scheme provides funding for five shcolarships in medical specialization and subspecialization.

 

Briefing note: Speed boat accident on 30 May 2017

This note presents a brief account of the venets that followed the distress alert that was made to the hospital on the night of 31 May 2017 in relation to the Speed Boart accidient that resulted in a number of casualties. This note provides and account of the intial events and those that followed in term of presentation of the patient, their classification and course of action.

Flu relief, appreciation night

The staff and volunteers who worked tirelessly during the flu relief efforts of ADK Hospital were commemorated for their contributions to relieve the country from the Influenza outbreak last month. The Minister of Health, Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
