ADK Team takes part in LongRun 2014

A large group of runners are participating to represent ADK Synergy at the CocaCola LongRun 2014. This is an annual event organised by a Total Fitness Group (TfG). The run consists of two categories, a 10K run and a half marathon (21K).

A total of 25 runners are participating with 7 in the 21K category and the remaining in the 10K category. Majority of these participants are participating in such an event for the first time. The run will take place in Hulhumale' on May 16, 2014.

The team has shown great spirit in training and are hoping to complete the respective categories in good time. We wish all participants good luck and encourage more staff to take part in physical activities to keep themselves in good health.
