Haasmeylu Closing

#haasmeylu closing event was held at ADK Hospital on 15^th January 2020, to recognize the participation and give away medals for Bronze, Silver and Gold categories.

Dhiraagu sponsored a (Dhiraagu Postpaid 1000 package FREE for 6 months) for the seven finishers of #haasmeylu. The vouchers were given at the function by Mr. Abdulla Huzam Naseem (Manager, Business & Consumer Sales) of Dhiraagu.

#haasmeylu is a special program initiated by ADK Synergy (the recreation team of ADK Group of Companies) to promote staff health and fitness. #haasmeylu is a program organized in a way that any staff of ADK Group of Companies can enroll to run for a 1000miles in a period of one year. The duration is from 1^st January to 31^st Dec 2019. The slogan “Run a 1000 miles - for a 1000 smile”, defines the essence of good health and promotes healthy lifestyle among staff.

The total participants enrolled in this program is 50 and most of them are new runners. The program is monitored by self-calculations of the runs with the help of the smart phone or smart watch, which is daily updated to the #haasmeylu telegram app. The event comes with promising prizes of;

Bronze medal – for completion of 500 miles – 12 Bronze Medals

Bronze and Silver medal – for completion of 750 miles – 9 Silver Medals

Bronze, Silver and Gold medal with a finisher T-Shirt for completion of 1000 miles – 7 Gold Medals

Certificates for runners who have completed minimum 100 miles.

The program has enabled many staff to gain confidence, transform their looks and become healthier and happier. This also directly influenced the work performances of the staff and cultivated a healthy competitiveness among the staff. Also this helped in building professional relation among the staff.
