Customer care training program

On April 30th a training program on customer care has been initiated for hospital staff. Two rounds of this course will be conducted. The first one is currently ongoing and the second in a few days time.

The aim of this course is to train hospital staff on good customer care practices through interactive teaching. The course will have practical activities with mock real life scenarios and theory.

The teaching will be provided by a qualified Mass Communication and International Marketing. Teaching materials will be provided and a small test will be conducted at the end of the program. All successful candidates will be awarded with a certificate.

A total of 34 staff will participate in the two rounds of the training. Staff from nursing, front office, general management, reception, interpreters, lab and dental department will be participating in the program.

These programs are conducted continuously improve the service provided to our clients. The hospital endeavors to improve the skills of its staff through on the job training programs. We wish all the participants luck in your training and hope that the program will benefit both you and the hospital.
