Dr. Srinivas Shetty Katpady is a Senior Consultant in Ophthalmology with over three decades of clinical and surgical experience. His career spans India, Libya, Saudi Arabia, and the Maldives, providing him with extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of a diverse range of eye conditions.
With a special interest in medical retina and cataract surgery, Dr. Shetty combines extensive clinical experience with modern diagnostic and treatment techniques. His expertise includes the management of diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular disorders, glaucoma, and cataracts, as well as retinal laser procedures and intravitreal therapies. Having practiced in the Maldives for many years, he has a strong understanding of the eye-care needs of the local community and is committed to providing practical, personalized, and patient centred ophthalmic care.
