Dr Aishath Soifa Shareef

Dr. Aishath Soifa Shareef is a Consultant in Anesthesiology at ADK Hospital with expertise in perioperative anaesthesia, critical care, and pain management. Prior to commencing her residency training, she served as a Medical Officer at ADK Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in the Emergency Department and Cardiac Care Unit. This early exposure to the management of critically ill patients inspired her to pursue a career in Anaesthesiology.

Dr. Soifa completed her residency in Anaesthesiology at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India. She has a strong interest in providing safe, patient-centred anaesthesia care across a broad range of surgical specialties. Her clinical interests include critical care, cardiac anaesthesia, onco-anaesthesia, regional anaesthesia, and pain management. She is committed to continually advancing her expertise in modern anaesthesia techniques while contributing to the ongoing development of perioperative and critical care services.
