MED PLAN

MedPlan is a mechanism established for individuals of all ages, from children to adults and families to plan and economize their medical healthcare costs through a structured scheme.

The mission is to provide easy access to high quality healthcare and facilities for everyone providing substatial discounts on healthcare services at ADK Hospital giving customers and clients teh satisfaction that their healthcare costs have been planned for a long period of time.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

Membership id divided into three categories : GREEN SILVER BLUE; both individual and family memberships are offered in each of these categories.

MEMBERSHIP PREMIUMS

For Family membership and expatriates working in the Maldives, premium is payable only on annual basis. For Maldivians purchasing individual membership, premiums can be paid quarterly, biannually or annually. Membership is offered for a minimum period of ONE year.

INPATIENT SERVICES
Inpatient Care	A maximum of MRF8500/- per episode of care not exceeding a maximum of MRF25000/- per annum	A maximum of MRF17000/- per episode of care not exceeding a maximum of MRF50000/- per annum	A maximum of MRF25000/- per episode of care not exceeding a maximum of MRF75000/- per annum
	Inpatient care is inclusive of surgical procedures and medicament. This DOES NOT cover deliovery and caesarean sections unless the member has completed one (1) full year of membership. Telephone and meals are not vovered under MedPlan
